"I approached Lucy for some interior design advice for our master bedroom. My husband and I had previously decorated our bedroom when we had a different bed, and the Farrow & Ball Joa's White looked great with a wooden bed in front of it. However, when we purchased our new bed, which is white, it soon became apparent that the feature wall colour did not work in the room. It was too bland.
Lucy was recommended to me by one of her clients. She suggested using a much stronger feature wall colour, which would make our copper bedside lamps "pop". She suggested we opt for a dark navy blue colour, which would provide the contrast needed to much improve the look and feel of our bedroom. Upon her advice, we opted for Farrow & Ball Hague Blue. We nervously painted the feature wall in this new colour. And wow! The difference with this new colour is staggering.  Our bedroom furniture and our painting look incredible against this colour. "Lucy has been amazing in helping us completely redesign our spare room into a new multi-functional "Den" for our two boys. "I'm so glad that I asked for Lucy's interior design advice on the arrangement of our two boys’ bedrooms.  The layout of the rooms was not working for us, with one room much smaller than the other – practically a box room.  We knew that as the boys grew up, they would need more space but didn’t quite know how to go about it.  Lucy gave us some brilliant ideas of how to simply rearrange the layout of the two rooms, which included relocating a door and removing a partition wall – a job that was simple enough for our builders.  She also advised us to consider mid sleeper beds, to maximise floor space for them to play on.  Again, we followed her advice and today both boys are very happy with their bedrooms, spend plenty of time playing there and happily show them off during play dates.  I would definitely recommend asking Lucy for help with room layout - it has certainly made a big difference in our house!"
